JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Develop and expand advertising spots in Metro Manila (Office Bldgs., Residential Communities, Shopping Malls, etc.) to meet signed contracts targets

- Visit property ownership/right holders to build and maintain cooperative relationships, manage existing spots, and negotiate to secure contracts

- Follow up on cooperation implementation, coordinate to resolve issues in spot installation and operation


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


- High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (no major restrictions). Filipinos and English as working languages

- 1+ years of experience in Business Development/ Sales or any related fields

- Candidates with local property/developer resources are preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, high execution ability, able to work outdoors, team-oriented, stress-resistant, and hardworking

- Preference for those who can drive/ride a motorcycle and conduct independent field visits.
