About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Specialist to support data-driven decision-making within our organization. This role involves conducting quantitative analysis, managing datasets, evaluating market programs, and delivering insights that help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is proficient in advanced analytical tools and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analysis to support strategic planning and market evaluation.
- Manage, clean, and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Design, implement, and evaluate market and intelligence programs.
- Create high-quality presentations and reports using advanced PowerPoint and Excel functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and program performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and recommendations.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing
At least 2 years of experience in:
- Quantitative analysis
- Data management and analytics
- Market program design and evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, nested formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements), data validation)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Negotiable / Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following tools is a strong advantage:
- IBM Cognos Analytics
- VIP (Virtual IP)
- IRI / IRI CoSort
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary is open and will be based on relevant experience and expertise.
