Job Requirements
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (Tagalog a plus)
- Experience in online gaming or online casino are preferred
- Proven skills in marketing, sales campaigns, and influencer promotion
- Strong data analysis and strategic thinking to interpret performance metrics and support data-driven decisions
- Strong ability to analyze customer wants, anticipate trends, and influence decisions
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in office systems, internal tools, and software

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations & coordinate multiple teams
- Plan marketing, sales, and influencer campaign strategies
- Recruit, guide, and manage agents to meet targets
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to maximize engagement
- Monitor team performance & prepare operational reports
- Respond promptly to emergencies & urgent requests
