Salesforce Platform Architect

The Salesforce Platform Architect supports the Lead Salesforce Architect in ensuring the CRM platform remains scalable, secure, and strategically aligned across clouds. This role provides architectural ownership in domains such as security & compliance, Data 360 and Agentforce enablement, reducing bottlenecks and strengthening platform governance.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and ensure consistent adherence to standards.
• Maintain architectural documentation and decision records.
• Maintain permission set strategies, access governance and manage org limits.
• Provide architectural input on prompt architecture, grounding standards, and Agentforce component design.
• Guide product teams on data modeling, data contracts, Data 360 ingestion, and unification patterns.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation options.
• Act as a trusted architectural partner to Product Owners, Developers, and Platform Engineers.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong architecture background in Apex, LWC, flows, and integrations.
• Experience with Data 360, Agentforce.
• Experience with secure design, permissions, and org limits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex architecture.
• Recommended certifications: Application Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist.
