技术实习生/助理 x3位 (远程办公，欢迎刚毕业)

一家增长中的数字资产平台团队招聘技术实习生/助理。岗位偏实战，会和产品/研发紧密协作，处理真实用户问题，快速积累一线经验。

薪资说明： 带薪全职实习，MYR 5,000–8,000/月

日常职责：

• 处理用户技术相关问题，并提供基础层面的故障排查与支持
• 协助问题定位与升级反馈（登录、延迟、卡顿等）
• 整理FAQ/知识库/流程文档
• 汇总高频问题，推动内部优化

岗位要求：

• 计算机/软件/信息技术相关专业在读或应届
• 至少会一门语言（Java/Python/JS），能读基础代码
• 中文 & 英文沟通流利
• 可稳定覆盖 GMT+8 时区
• 可按工作需要进行商务出差，包括参加行业会议、峰会、论坛等活动
• 态度诚恳，主动积极学习，内部提供技术支持，解答

Technical Representative * 3 Openings (Remote, Fresh Graduates Welcome)

A fast-growing digital assets platform team. This is a hands-on intern role working closely with Product and Engineering, supporting real user cases, and learning how a Web3 platform operates in production.

Compensation: Paid full-time internship, MYR 5,000–8,000/month

You will:

• Handle user technical inquiries and basic troubleshooting support
• Assist with issue triage (login, delays, performance) and escalate with clear context
• Maintain FAQs and internal documentation
• Summarize recurring issues into actionable insights

We’re looking for:

• CS/SE/IT students or fresh grads
• Familiar with Java/Python/JavaScript, able to read basic code
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Remote-friendly, comfortable working in GMT+8 time zone
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Open to business travel when needed (e.g., industry conferences, summits, panels etc)
• Positive and professional attitude, is proactive in learning, and supports internal teams with technical assistance and troubleshooting
