Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with proven experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and techno-functional positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and deliver top talent within defined timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a strong understanding of IT roles within the financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and techno-functional roles within the BFSI domain
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to evaluate technical and domain fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and stakeholders
  • Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS or internal recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet hiring targets and adhere to defined turnaround times (TAT)
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the BFSI sector
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as:
  • Application Support
  • Java / .NET Developers
  • Data Analysts
  • QA / Testing
  • Business Analysts
  • Experience supporting hiring for banking, financial services, or insurance clients
  • Proficiency in sourcing using job portals and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in staffing or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
