JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree Holder

At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a Senior Accounting manager role

Willing to work in Dasmarinas Cavite

Amendable work as soon as possible

Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Oversee costing and job costing processes, ensuring proper allocation of costs and providing insights to support pricing and profitability analysis.

Establish, monitor, and strengthen internal controls and cash management processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial stability.

Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business growth.
