About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the Marketing Executive of a fast-growing global business.
This is a data-first role. Your primary focus will be working with large datasets to uncover insights, support decision-making, and improve how the business leverages its data—particularly within search and customer behavior.
You will also support marketing execution tasks, helping free up the Marketing Executive to focus on high-level strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insights (Primary Focus)
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Work with search and behavioral data (e.g., Algolia) to improve user experience and personalization
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and customer engagement
- Present findings in a clear and structured way to support decision-making
2. Email Marketing Execution (Klaviyo)
- Build and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Segment customer lists based on data and behavior
- Assist with short-form copy (product descriptions, email content)
- Track and report campaign performance
3. CMS & Content Management
- Update and manage content on a bespoke CMS (with migration to Shopify planned)
- Ensure accuracy across a large product catalog
- Perform bulk updates while maintaining strong attention to detail
4. Additional Support (Secondary)
- Assist with SEO-related tasks and data mining
- Support ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks
Core Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when handling large datasets
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to interpret data and think critically—not just execute tasks
