Data Analyst (Hybrid | Night Shift | Pasay - MOA)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Work Location: MOA, Pasay

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–4x onsite per month)

Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics
• Build and maintain data models, queries, dashboards, and visualizations (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and performance gaps
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
• Support monthly reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytical solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and ad-hoc reporting as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and analytics engineering
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience working with operational or financial datasets
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with high regard for confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Python or R
• Additional experience with operational or financial datasets
