Responsibilities

As a Manager in the Infrastructure Department, you will be responsible for overall team planning, evaluating engineers’ performance, and facilitating cross-team communication.

• Build efficient workflows through automation of security operations and account management
• Develop and standardize security strategies
• Plan and execute investment strategies for SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
• Design overall infrastructure strategy
• People management
• Infrastructure operations and management

Requirements

Mandatory

• Business-level or higher Japanese communication skills
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure environments
• 3+ years of experience using Terraform
• Experience leading an infrastructure team
• Experience in people management

Preferred

• Experience managing projects as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Knowledge and experience in security operations and account management automation
• Experience working in a global environment
