JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses
- With at least 5 years’ experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership
- With at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Can attend Face to Face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate all aftersales operations, including customer support, product assistance, and warranty handling
- Create and execute strategies to enhance service quality and strengthen customer loyalty
- Track aftersales performance, key service metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations
- Manage warranty claims, product returns, and all related service documentation
- Guide and train aftersales personnel to maintain excellent service standards
