Job Title: HR/Admin Staff
Job Summary:
The HR/Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in daily office operations. This role also includes welcoming guests, supporting executives, and ensuring a professional and organized office environment. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain experience in administrative and office support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative needs
Guest & Front Desk Support:
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a presentable and accommodating reception/office area
Executive Support:
- Assist executives with daily administrative requirements
- Help in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With or without experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and able to multitask
