Finance Specialist (Philippines)

Arbeit Group Philippines is currently looking for a Mid‑Level Finance Specialist to support our internal finance and statutory operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in Philippine taxation, payroll, and compliance, who can work independently and coordinate with external parties when required.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Strong experience and solid knowledge in VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and ITR reporting

- Handle finance and tax‑related issues, including direct communication with BIR officers

- Capable of managing end‑to‑end statutory employee calculation and payment processes

- Hands‑on experience in payroll processing and employee payslip management

- Involved in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and employee time reporting

- Highly aware of and updated with local government regulations, BIR policies, and statutory changes

- CPA license is a plus, but not mandatory
