Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support during Go-Live operations
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of kiosk or system issues
- Communicate with the remote technical team for guidance
- Follow step-by-step instructions to resolve issues efficiently
- Interact with basic hardware when required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the Go-Live period
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., navigating systems, following instructions)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Willingness to work onsite for the full duration (April 13–17)
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in technical support or IT assistance
- Familiarity with basic hardware troubleshooting
