Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support during Go-Live operations
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of kiosk or system issues
  • Communicate with the remote technical team for guidance
  • Follow step-by-step instructions to resolve issues efficiently
  • Interact with basic hardware when required
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the Go-Live period


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (e.g., navigating systems, following instructions)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Willingness to work onsite for the full duration (April 13–17)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous experience in technical support or IT assistance
  • Familiarity with basic hardware troubleshooting
