Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Manager with strong BPO experience (Transition Manager, PMO, or Project Delivery, Process Improvement) to lead and execute client projects in a dynamic gig-based environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence to deliver seamless project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of BPO and gig-based client projects, including transitions, implementations, and ongoing operations.
- Manage multiple short-cycle projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Own project planning, resource allocation, deliverables, and escalations across assigned opportunities.
Agile Execution & Innovation
- Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and ambiguous situations.
- Create rapid solutions, workflows, and micro-processes for emerging business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, workstream owners, and vendors to ensure readiness and seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to internal teams and clients.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients regarding project updates and clarifications.
- Facilitate discussions where requirements are evolving or fluid.
Standardization & Process Improvement
- Capture insights from engagements and contribute to a Gigwork Playbook for repeatable, scalable processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across projects.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project management experience in BPO or related industries.
- Proven experience leading teams with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
- Expertise in project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, transitions, and client delivery models.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working hybrid with occasional onsite attendance for critical milestones.
