Full-Stack Engineer (Fukuoka Prefecture)

*This position involves “accompanied development support” focused on quality and security, primarily for major enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of web applications
• Requirement gathering and client communication for core business systems
• System design, development, and testing
• Optimization of development processes and selection of technologies (programming languages, development environments, tools, etc.)

Requirements

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in web application design, development, and operations (any programming language)
• Experience working in a Japanese company
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)

Preferred:

• English communication skills
• Experience leading end-to-end product design or operations and driving projects
• Server setup and operations experience
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages such as Python
