I. About Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst is a versatile technical leader responsible for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution within an Agile framework. This role requires a "bridge-builder" mindset—someone who can navigate the technical intricacies of API and web development while ensuring products align with high-level organizational strategy and OKRs. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical solutions, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from initial discovery to high-quality delivery.

II. Key Duties & Accountabilities

• Lead Requirements Lifecycle: Spearhead requirements gathering, documentation, and grooming sessions, utilizing business and process mapping workshops to define project scope.
• Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Align product roadmaps with centralized platform strategies, ensuring all features meet business needs and organizational objectives.
• Agile Team Facilitation: Drive Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while maintaining a fine-tuned product backlog that defines workable goals.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Data Science teams to coordinate asset creation and implement product improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Concurrently perform Scrum Master and Product Owner duties as needed to maintain momentum and ensure team workload is balanced.
• Solution Design & Quality: Collaborate on UI/UX design and technical solution architecture while overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and root cause analysis.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Perform high-level analysis of performance metrics and change requests, utilizing SQL Studio for deep-dive database querying and reporting.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Lead and mentor junior to mid-level Business Analysts and ensure all training manuals and reference documents are maintained in Confluence and Basecamp.

III. Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Technical Portfolio: Extensive background in e-commerce platforms (B2B, B2C, C2C), API-focused development, and Medicare or healthcare service platforms.
• Agile Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including value stream mapping and adapting legacy processes to modern workflows.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency in SQL Studio, project management software (Confluence, Basecamp), and experience managing IVR or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

• Communication: Strong ability to elaborate complex business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for technical teams.
• Education & Certification: Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering (or related technical field) and Agile Certified Professional training.
