Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

  • Exchange Product Verification & Reconciliation | 交易所产品核算与对账 (核心职责)
  • [EN] Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and verification across all core exchange products:
  • Spot: Verify trading volumes, fee revenues, maker/taker rebates, and reconcile user balances against exchange liquidity.
  • Futures/Derivatives: Verify daily funding rates, liquidation fees, margin balances, unrealized/realized PnL, and monitor the health of the insurance fund.
  • Earn/Staking: Reconcile principal lock-ups, track yield generation strategies, and verify APY/APR payouts to users.
  • P2P: Oversee escrow balance reconciliation, merchant fee accounting, and coordinate with the CS/Risk team on dispute-related financial adjustments.
  • [CN] 全面负责交易所核心产品的日度、周度和月度对账与收入核实工作：
  • 现货 (Spot)： 核对交易量、手续费收入、Maker/Taker返佣，并进行用户余额与交易所流动性对账。
  • 合约 (Futures)： 核对每日资金费率、爆仓/清算费、保证金余额、未实现/已实现盈亏，并监控保险基金的健康状况。

  • [EN] Manage corporate treasury for both fiat and digital assets. Oversee fund routing between hot, warm, and cold wallets, ensuring capital efficiency and sufficient liquidity for daily withdrawals.
  • [CN] 管理公司的法币及数字资产资金池。监督冷、温、热钱包之间的资金调拨，确保资金使用效率及满足日常提币的流动性需求。
  • Reporting & Budgeting | 财务报告与预算
  • [EN] Consolidate complex crypto-native revenue streams into clear monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Drive forecasting processes to support sustainable growth.
  • [CN] 将复杂的加密货币原生收入流整合为清晰的月度、季度和年度财务报表。推动财务预测流程，支持公司业务的可持续增长。


Process Automation & Compliance | 流程自动化与合规

  • [EN] Work closely with the tech/data teams to automate data extraction and reconciliation processes via internal dashboards or tools like Cryptio/Bitwave. Assist in Proof of Reserves (PoR) audits and local tax compliance.
  • [CN] 与技术/数据团队紧密合作，通过内部看板或第三方工具（如Cryptio/Bitwave）实现数据提取与对账流程的自动化。协助完成储备证明（PoR）审计及当地税务合规工作。


Qualifications & Requirements | 任职要求

  • [EN] Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA is a strong plus). [CN] 财务、会计、经济学或相关专业学士学位（拥有CPA/ACCA/CMA资格者优先）。
  • [EN] 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a crypto exchange, trading firm, or crypto-native startup. [CN] 5年以上财务/会计经验，其中至少2年具备加密货币交易所、交易机构或Web3初创公司的从业经验。
  • [EN] Deep domain knowledge: Must thoroughly understand how Spot books, Perpetual Futures (funding rates, margin cross/isolated), Yield-generating Earn products, and P2P order flows operate from a financial perspective. [CN] 深厚的专业领域知识： 必须从财务角度透彻理解现货订单簿、永续合约（资金费率、全仓/逐仓保证金）、生息理财产品以及P2P订单流的运作逻辑。
