If you understand how prop firms work and know how to build strong affiliate relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact affiliates across Telegram, YouTube, X, and TikTok
• Build and manage long-term relationships with trading influencers and communities
• Negotiate and close win-win affiliate deals (CPA, rev share, hybrid models)
• Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance to maximize growth
• Continuously expand and scale our affiliate ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with a prop trading firm or similar trading-related company
• Strong understanding of the prop trading space (funded accounts, drawdown rules, evaluation models)
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
