We are looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager with strong business and marketing instincts and a proven track record of building collaborations and partnerships that generate high-quality, high-converting leads. The ideal candidate has the ability to lead projects and teams with excellent execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with at least 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, campaign management, or strategic partnerships within national or large companies that collaborate with communities, associations, government institutions, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong understanding of how to design effective campaigns that match the target audience and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and partnership management.
  • Possesses strong business logic and an understanding of Medium and Large Businesses (MLBs) market behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading projects and working effectively across teams.
  • Background in startup, SaaS, edtech, or marketing agency is a plus.
  • Will be based at Gratyo Headquarters – Mall of Indonesia Office Complex, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
  • This role is also suitable for those seeking positions such as Community Manager, Project & Account Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnership Manager, Brand Partnership Manager, or Partnership & Collaboration Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and build collaborations with companies targeting MLB business owners through co-marketing campaigns, strategic alliances, speaking engagements, and partnership collaborations (joint webinars, collaborative content, email blasts, promotions, etc.).
  • Plan and monitor lead performance from each partnership by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into purchases.
  • Manage the timeline, content, and campaign execution from start to finish while analyzing campaign results (number of leads, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Develop scalable partnership systems and campaign SOPs.
