EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT/ EXPERIENCE

  • At least Senior High School graduate: Fresh graduate are welcome if trainable and capable with experience in:
  • Document handling, reporting, and client coordination
  • Data Entry and Record- keeping
  • Customer service and coordination
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing in an advantage


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to learn sales systems and tools
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking and reporting
  • Must be willing to work on-site: work-from-home only when necessary
  • if possible, residing near the office for reliability in attendance
  • 23-25 year old, Preferably female and single


ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Understand Sales KPI's products offered and overall sales processes
  • Follow instructions and collaborate with sales team

Clerical Support:

  • Handling queries through phones, messages and emails and filling systems
  • Processing and arranging documents like invoices supporting docs, delivery documents, POs etc.
  • Assist AMs in creating PRAF and sending quotations based from Sales price
  • Assisting filling out of sales forms and templates
  • Updating sales templates and monitoring board in weekly basis
  • Coordinate schedules, call and meetings and recaps (as needed)
  • Support other departments administrative work in needed or once urgent and prioritize tasks are done
  • Do research if needed


SALES OPERTIONS:

  • Support order processing and sales documentation
  • Assist in pipeline by identifying and referring qualified prospects
  • Relay client concerns to assigned AMA when unavailable


CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

  • Record client inquiries and concerns if AMs are in the meeting or not available
  • Assist client requirements when needed


Support our COO's needed by doing the ff tasks:

  • Assist COO with administrative and operational needs such as printing documents, preparing templates/Forms, filling docs and other office support
  • Provide basic personal assistant or needs By AID.
