Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can execute campaigns that actually move the needle not just post content for the sake of it. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative, supporting multiple brands under RCGI.

You’ll be working across digital and offline channels to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and sales performance.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, and in-store activations
• Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Coordinate with design, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Monitor and optimize paid ads using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and generate insight-driven reports and recommendations
• Support brand events, launches, and collaborations
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and paid ads
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and trends
