Savings And Loans Associate/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients/members with savings account opening, updates, and inquiries
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other savings transactions
• Receive and evaluate loan applications and supporting documents
• Conduct initial assessment of borrower eligibility and creditworthiness
• Prepare loan documentation and ensure completeness of requirements
• Monitor loan releases, repayments, and account balances
• Follow up on due or overdue loan payments
• Maintain accurate records of all savings and loan transactions
• Generate reports related to savings, loans, and collections
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
• With or without experience (experience in banking, lending, or cooperative is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of lending procedures and financial transactions
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
