The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role ensures the company attracts and hires qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With or without experience in recruitment or sourcing
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using job portals, social media, and MS Office tools
