Position: Korean Ship Support Admin

Requirements of the job:

Korean National that is residing here in the Philippines.

Fluent in Korean and English (spoken, written, reading)

Open for graduates and undergraduates.

Experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations.

Ability to work independently and systematically.

Computer literate

Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities of the job:

Respond to inquiries about shipments, schedules, cargo status, or onboard services.

Update systems with shipment details, passenger data, or support logs.

Supervising the efficient loading and unloading of cargo.

Ensuring proper handling, and conducting or arranging cargo surveys/inspections when necessary.

Handling financial processes for port charges, fees, and payments, while keeping all relevant parties updated with timely progress reports.

Serving as the on-site expert to foresee and address incidents
