About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development / Sales Representative to help grow our BPO services by generating and closing new client opportunities. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants full control over their income.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate leads for BPO services (recruitment, CX, back-office, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels
  • Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring/business needs
  • Present service offerings and pitch solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting/operations teams for client requirements
  • Maintain and update pipeline using CRM or tracking tools


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (BPO/outsourcing experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outbound sales tools is a plus
  • Ability to work US hours (preferred but not required)

Compensation Details

  • Commission per successful client engagement/placement
  • No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you earn
