Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Social Media Manager who will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to deliver high-quality, consistent content. This role goes beyond posting—you will take ownership of content workflows, translate ideas into visuals, and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Transform written content and ideas into engaging visuals such as carousels, quote cards, and infographics
• Create thumbnails and visual elements for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Ensure consistency in branding, including colors, typography, and layout
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the CEO and content team to align visuals with strategy
• Coordinate with video editors and other creatives for cohesive output
• Deliver outputs on or ahead of deadlines with minimal revisions
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms efficiently
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in social media graphic design or related field
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create clean, engaging, and on-brand designs
• Capable of translating ideas or raw content into visuals independently
• Proficient in Canva (required); experience in Adobe or Figma is a plus
• Understands what makes content engaging and high-performing
• Fast, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with deadlines
