Job Description

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the information security framework across the entire group, as well as handling incident response.

• Develop and continuously update information security policies and guidelines
• Maintain and manage certifications such as ISMS (ISO 27001) and PrivacyMark (P-Mark), and handle both internal and external audits
• Establish incident response processes, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures
• Plan and conduct security training for all employees
• Perform security risk assessments for new business initiatives and product development

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in information security operations (e.g., system design, operation, audit response)
• Experience managing certification frameworks such as ISMS
• Experience coordinating and negotiating IT/security requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• Work experience in a Japanese company
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 or higher (business level or above)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in security design and operations in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and secure coding in software development
