Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements for implementation
• Create ROI analyses based on customer use cases
• Plan and deliver demos, proof of concepts, and implementations
• Develop scripts to address customer challenges and ensure smooth adoption
• Build strong client relationships and support onboarding, growth, and upselling
• Collaborate with product teams to improve features based on customer needs
• Build knowledge in IoT, operations management, and system integrations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or software implementation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Knowledge of IoT, AI, cloud technologies, and APIs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
