About the role

We’re looking for someone who is interested in both content and campaign execution, and is open to working across different marketing tasks.


What you’ll actually work on:

  • Support content creation and scheduling for social media using Canva and Meta Business Suite
  • Draft and schedule EDMs (email campaigns)
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as Information Memorandums (IMs) and property submissions using InDesign
  • Support documentation such as Agency Agreements using REI forms
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities
  • Stay updated on market trends and share ideas to improve campaigns


What we’re looking for:

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in social media, content, or marketing support roles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
