Sales Technical Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Representative who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and marketing skills. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling industrial or technical products, capable of understanding customer needs, and highly persuasive in presenting solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
• Promote and sell technical products and solutions to clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, and operations) for client support
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands
• Assist in marketing activities such as campaigns, product launches, and events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or a related role
• Strong knowledge of industrial/electrical/electronic products (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly persuasive and confident in dealing with clients
• Skilled in marketing strategies and customer engagement
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and basic sales/reporting tools
