Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital advertising platforms (social media ads, Google Ads, programmatic), analytics tools, and data platforms. They should be analytical, organized, capable of handling multiple campaigns, and confident in both team leadership and client communication. Flexibility for onsite or remote work is also required.
The Campaign Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns—from planning and execution to optimization—ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. They monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously improve campaigns based on insights.
They also lead performance tracking by ensuring KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS are met, while maintaining accurate tracking and data integrity.
As a team leader, they mentor and guide junior team members, review outputs, provide feedback, and help manage workloads to ensure quality and efficiency.
In terms of client management, they prepare and present reports, offer strategic recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, and act as the main point of contact for campaign concerns.
