Hiring: Account Manager

The Account Manager serves as the personal point of contact for Chamba77's highest-value players. This is a relationship-driven role: you are the face of the brand for Gold and Diamond tier players, responsible for their satisfaction, retention, and growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of 20–40 Gold and Diamond tier VIP accounts personally

• Proactively reach out to VIPs with personalized offers, birthday bonuses, and exclusive promos

• Facilitate priority withdrawal requests; coordinate with Platform Ops for same-day processing

• Monitor assigned VIP play patterns; flag churn signals before drop-off

• Host player feedback calls; capture insights for platform improvement

• Maintain detailed player profiles: preferences, communication style, deposit history, tier status


KPIS & SUCCESS METRICS

Assigned VIP D30 retention ≥ 85%

VIP withdrawal satisfaction score ≥ 4.5/5

Proactive outreach: at least one personalized touchpoint per VIP per week

Zero unresolved VIP complaints older than 24 hours


REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years in VIP account management, casino host, or high-value customer service

• iGaming or luxury hospitality background strongly preferred

• Warm, professional communication; able to build rapport with diverse player profiles

• Discreet handling of sensitive player financial and behavioral data

Tagalog and English; Mandarin or Korean a significant advantage


BENEFITS & COMPLIANCE

Monthly Salary: (PHP) ₱45,000 – ₱65,000 / month

Monthly Salary: (USDT) $789 – $1,140 / month

(adjustable based on ability and experience; performance bonus/allowances may be added) 

• SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-IBIG contributions (employer and employee share)

• 13th Month Pay as mandated by DOLE

• 5 days Statutory Service Incentive Leave (SIL); additional leave per policy
