Company Profile: This company is an investment bank present in more than 50 countries. This is one of the biggest banks in the world. They provide accounting reports, profit and loss, reconciliation, risk control, IT, settlements to different businesses worldwide.

Position:          Japanese Financial Transaction Analyst 

Industry:          German Bank Service (Shared Service)

Location:         Taguig City

Salary:              Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Highly Negotiable)

Schedule:        Day Shift

Work Set-u: Hybrid Work Arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

Requirements:

• Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
• JLPT N1 / N2 (Passer/level)
• With Excellent English Communication Skills
• Open for Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Knowledge in Finance, Accounting and Banking is an advantage but not required
• Must be technically-capable, intermediate Microsoft Tools Skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
• SAP and any accounting apps knowledge is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing the end-to-end transaction settlement
• Ensuring that the amount encoded or other data encoded are accurate before forwarding them to the finance and accounting department
• Check if there are discrepancy in the encoded data
• Communicate with the clients if there are discrepancy in the data and correct and discrepancy
• Updating of trade amendments
• Ensuring smooth and timely market settlement of securities and cash transfers between the bank and its counterparty.
• In charge of pre-processing and settlement activities with efficiency and accuracy.
