Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Candidate Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and manage interview schedules, liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Foster excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers,

providing updates and ensuring a transparent process.

  • Tools & Software Usage: Utilize tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, and Slack to

track progress, manage tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Remote Work: Ensure efficient and effective management of all recruitment activities

while working remotely, maintaining strong communication and collaboration across all

teams.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand

their needs and provide the best possible candidates for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions,

interview feedback, and recruitment progress.
