Patient Experience Officer

A Patient Experience Officer is responsible for ensuring patients receive respectful, high-quality care by improving services and monitoring feedback. They are also responsible for addressing concerns and collaborating with staff to enhance overall patient satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree of any course
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, hospitality, or customer relations role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and communication platforms.

SALARY RANGE: Php25,000 - 35,000

WORK LOCATION: Cebu

WORK SCHEDULE: 5-day workweek (2 weekdays off), 10:00 AM-8:00 PM
