Job Overview

Richetec Inc is looking for a Field Service Engineer who can support equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical servicing for customers in Cebu and nearby areas. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy fieldwork, customer interaction, and hands-on technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide operational guidance and basic training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding technical concerns and equipment status.
• Monitor tools and testing equipment to ensure proper calibration and readiness.
• Assist in resolving customer issues through technical assessment and corrective action.
• Support hardware and software installation when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting mechanical and/or electronic systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel for field assignments.
• Fresh candidates with strong technical exposure may also be considered.
