Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and site visits
- Post job openings for positions such as engineers, foremen, laborers, and admin staff
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified construction professionals
2. Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and applications
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person)
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers or project heads
- Verify credentials, licenses, and work experience (important in construction roles)
3. Hiring & Onboarding
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements (medical exams, clearances, certifications)
- Assist in onboarding new hires, especially site workers
4. Coordination with Project Teams
- Work closely with project managers to understand manpower needs
- Ensure timely deployment of workers to project sites
- Monitor workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure hiring complies with labor laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and employee files
- Track manpower reports and hiring status
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment (construction industry experience is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of construction roles (e.g., civil engineers, electricians, welders, etc.)
- Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Good judgment in candidate selection
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle bulk hiring (especially for project-based roles)
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional site visits
- May require field recruitment or job fairs
