Job Overview

Richetec Inc is looking for a Laser Service Engineer who will handle installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical servicing of laser equipment for client sites across South Luzon. This role is ideal for engineers who are comfortable with field operations, equipment diagnostics, and customer-facing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission laser equipment at customer locations.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct equipment calibration and operational checks.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.
• Prepare service documentation and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding equipment concerns.
• Ensure tools and testing equipment are properly maintained.
• Respond to technical service requests within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical courses.
• With experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial technical support.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to client sites in Batangas, Laguna, and nearby areas.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Can work independently in field assignments.
