Financial Controller

We’re Hiring: Financial Controller (US GAAP Focus) – Onsite | Iloilo

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP across multiple regions. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone experienced in handling US-based clients or global/shared services environments.

Location: Iloilo (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Lead conversion of local financials to US GAAP (monthly & year-end closing)

• Oversee global financial consolidation across multiple entities

• Ensure compliance with US tax principles and local regulations

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOX-lite environment)

• Prepare financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis

• Coordinate with external auditors (AICPA/PCAOB standards)

• Manage multi-currency transactions and FX impact analysis

• Drive process improvements and automation using cloud accounting systems

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting

• 3–5 years handling US financial reporting or US clients

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606 is a plus)

• CPA required (US CPA/CMA exposure is an advantage)

• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Background in BPO, SaaS, IT Services, or multinational companies preferred

• Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication
