Director of Engineering/Product Director

We’re Hiring: Product Director (Onsite – Iloilo City)

We are looking for a Product Director to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our SaaS platform.

This is a key leadership role responsible for owning the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to delivery and performance—ensuring alignment across business, users, and technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Define product vision and roadmap based on data and business goals

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery to launch to optimization)

• Manage and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing leaders

• Drive KPIs such as retention, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact

• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to guide product decisions

• Ensure strong UX across web and mobile platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years in Product Management (with leadership experience)

• Strong SaaS product background (B2B preferred)

• Experience with Agile, product frameworks, and experimentation (A/B testing)

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and scalable systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
