Job Title: AI Technical Support (Part-Time)
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and AI-savvy professional to support both AI initiatives and software-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is actively exploring AI tools (particularly Claude) while also having hands-on experience handling software tickets, builds, and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore, test, and implement AI tools (with a focus on Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration
- Handle software support tickets, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements
- Respond to and manage customer technical requests in a timely manner
- Document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference
- Provide recommendations on optimizing systems and automation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical support, or similar)
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, particularly Claude
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and manage support tickets
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, or basic programming concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
