What you'll be working on
- Own and embed the Systemology framework across the business
- Document core processes and work with team members to capture and refine systems
- Maintain and organize the central systems library
- Act as the internal custodian of how we do things here,
- Support leadership in building a more efficient and scalable operation
- Maintain internal systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in onboarding users to systems, including training and documentation
- Develop, standardize, and maintain project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system updates
- Administrative tasks that may arise on everyday operations
What we're looking for
- Experience with Administrative or Project Management Internship/Background is preferred
- Open for Fresh Graduates up to 3 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or familiarity with Ascora or similar systems
