What you'll be working on

  • Own and embed the Systemology framework across the business
  • Document core processes and work with team members to capture and refine systems
  • Maintain and organize the central systems library
  • Act as the internal custodian of how we do things here,
  • Support leadership in building a more efficient and scalable operation
  • Maintain internal systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist in onboarding users to systems, including training and documentation
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system updates
  • Administrative tasks that may arise on everyday operations

What we're looking for

  • Experience with Administrative or Project Management Internship/Background is preferred
  • Open for Fresh Graduates up to 3 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience or familiarity with Ascora or similar systems
