Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: at least 2 years college completed (no back subjects)
- Experience Level: 2–3 years of people management and at least 2 years in BPO capacity planning
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
