The Sales Manager under BPO Fintech play a key role in achieving the company's ambitious sales targets and expanding our client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, secure and retain clients for our fintech-focused BPO solutions.
> Analyze market trends, competitor activity and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
> Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as operations and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
> Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
> Contribute to the company's overall sales and growth objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
> Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management role, preferably within the PBO or Fintech industry.
> Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
> Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
> Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
