GROUP ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Group Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. If you have strong leadership experience and expertise in Philippine taxation and accounting standards, we’d love to hear from you!

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
• Lead responses to BIR audits, LOA, and tax-related issues
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Develop and implement accounting policies and tax strategies
• Manage and supervise the Accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
• Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
• At least 5–6 years experience as Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role
• Extensive experience in Philippine-based accounting (local experience required)
• Proven experience handling BIR audits, LOA, and tax assessments
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards
• Familiar with BIR regulations (CREATE, BIR circulars, etc.)
• Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, MS Excel & Word
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Must have a valid Philippine passport
• Must not be barred from traveling to Singapore
