URGENT | Engineer – Machine & Technical Support

Richetec Inc. is looking for a Service Engineer who will handle installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support for industrial machines and equipment deployed at client sites. The role is ideal for candidates with strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills who are interested in field service engineering and customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission machines and equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system-related equipment issues.

• Conduct machine inspection, calibration, and operational checks.

• Provide technical support and basic operational guidance to customers.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and inspection records.

• Operate and utilize testing and diagnostic equipment during servicing activities.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding equipment concerns and service requirements.

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and service equipment.

• Respond to technical service requests within assigned field locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical courses.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• At least 1 year of experience in equipment servicing, machine maintenance, technical support, or field service operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Familiarity with industrial machines, laser equipment, automated systems, or testing equipment is preferred.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to travel for field assignments within South Luzon.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Can work independently and handle on-site technical concerns.

Work Location

• Office: Prime Land Tower, Venture St., Muntinlupa City

• Field Assignments: Mutinlupa, Cavite, Laguna, and nearby South Luzon areas
