Are you a tech-savvy graduate with a gift for languages? We are looking for passionate Fresh Graduates to join our Healthcare Technology team. As a Implementation Analyst or Support, you will be the face of our company on-site at major hospitals, helping medical professionals adopt world-class digital systems.
No prior hospital experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and healthcare standards for candidates who possess the right technical foundation and Mandarin proficiency.
Job Description:
- Basic SQL capability for data validation and migration
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) is preferred
- Assist in the deployment of systems within healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth integration with existing hospital workflows.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their system implementation needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic knowledge of system deployment and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux, networking)
- Ability to deliver clear documentation and training materials in English
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, on-site environment.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of data migration processes and hospital workflows.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Qualities and Traits: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
