Field Technical Service Expert (FTS Expert)

Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring a Field Technical Service Expert to strengthen after‑sales technical support, customer service excellence, and market intelligence across key commercial vehicle segments.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge in tyres / automotive products and hands‑on experience in field service and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and quality service
- Provide technical after‑sales support to customers and distributor teams
- Deliver product feedback to Sales and R&D teams to support product improvement
- Conduct technical training for internal teams, distributors, mechanics, and influencers
- Gather market intelligence on competitor practices, customer experience, and product trends
- Support segment development (Bus, Truck, LCV, Farm & OHT) through customer campaigns
- Implement marketing and service initiatives in collaboration with distributors
- Prepare and submit monthly market and product performance reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech)
- Have 7–8+ years of experience in field service, technical service, or after‑sales support
- Strong technical product knowledge, preferably from a tyre/testing/certification background
- Must have experience in the Tyre Industry and Commercial Vehicle
- Good understanding of sales processes, market assessment, and demand estimation
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑oriented and comfortable working in the field with distributor teams
